Building the companion I want to see exist.

Evopien is an independent humanoid research and development project based in Tarragona, Spain. The long-term vision is ambitious; the current work stays deliberately concrete - one working head platform, one persistent artificial identity, and one proof at a time.

A humanoid should become useful without becoming careless with the people around it.

Conversation is only the surface.

The harder questions are what should be remembered, whose information it is, what the system is allowed to do, whether the same companion can survive a change of model or body, and how physical capability stays bounded by human authority. Evopien starts there.

Big vision. Small falsifiable steps.

01

Build in public

Document real milestones, failures, and limits instead of presenting future capabilities as finished.

02

Separate proof from vision

Keep the long-term humanoid ambition large while making each immediate engineering claim narrow and testable.

03

Bring in the right expertise

Robotics, controls, safety, human-robot interaction, accessibility, cybersecurity, and regulation require dedicated external review.

LAB / CURRENT PLATFORMJetson head baseline

A real head platform and the first persistent Core state.

The Jetson development head has working GPU acceleration, camera, microphone, and speaker I/O. Evopien Core has created its first persistent identity. Multi-user relationships, governed memory, and an integrated humanoid Alpha do not exist yet.

The project is open to serious discussion around human-robot interaction, robotics and controls, privacy, cybersecurity, safety, accessibility, evaluation, and regulation as working evidence develops.
